    WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

    Unfortunately NobilZampa does not accept refunds for change of mind or for any other reason, and the contract cannot be canceled or refunded once the portrait has been processed. For this reason we offer product reviews if the customer is not satisfied with their portrait.

    1. Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal for products sold on NobilZampa is not allowed as it is a supply of tailor-made and clearly personalized goods and services.

    If the merchandise is received damaged or broken, we will arrange a replacement product to be sent under an expedited shipping agreement. We only ask you to send a picture of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider.


    What happens if my printed product arrives damaged?

    Although we hope this will never happen, if you receive the damaged painting or if the painting has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@nobilzampa.com so that we can assist you and help you solve your problem as quickly as possible .
